“I quickly became a fan of Jessica’s classes and so most of the ones I attend are taught by her.  I’ve been to a handful of other yoga classes before and Jessica’s beginner’s class gave me an awesome workout!” — Jessica L.

“I absolutely love Jessica Knapp’s classes.  She plays amazing music that always seems to match tempo to the pace of the class.  I will say that before coming to one of her classes, I was never really a fan of music during yoga, but her playlist seems to flow perfectly with the flow of each class’s unique practice – right when your legs are trembling from that many chair poses, an upbeat song will come on and really push you through the last few breaths; right when you’re laying down in your final shavasana, a bluesy song may come to sort of lull your muscles to that ultimate relaxed state.  Jessica really projects during her classes meaning that no matter where you are in the room, you can hear her directions that guide you from one pose to the next.  And while some may argue that the 7:30 prime time slot is the reason why there’s a line out the door, I believe it’s that Jessica’s class is so amazing that the room is always packed with students.  Despite there always being a full house in Jessica’s classes, there really is this fantastic energy and sense of community that you get.  I always leave Jessica’s classes dripping with sweat, feeling like I not only got a good work out, but that I checked all my stress at the door.  Each class is completely unique with different sequences and poses being emphasized.  I highly recommend trying Joy Yoga, but more importantly going to Jessica Knapp’s class.” — Connie W.

“Jessica’s class always kick my butt because it’s a steady flow that isn’t too fast and isn’t too slow. Jessica’s all-level classes are friendly for the beginner and have add-ins for the more intermediate/advanced students. I particularly like this because it puts an awareness around the moves I can strive to achieve.” — Kristine H.

“Her [Jessica’s] intermediate classes are very challenging, but she has a fun attitude to keep you motivated.” — Allie N.
